Paid subscriptions may be processed through Google Play billing. DG Academy does not receive or store your full credit-card number or card security code. Payment processing is handled by the applicable payment platform under its own terms and privacy practices.

DG Academy uses service providers to operate the app, including Firebase for authentication and application data services, and Cloudinary for media storage and delivery. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and application data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and learning information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your DG Academy account and associated personal data by contacting us using the contact information below. We will process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable requirements and our legitimate retention obligations.

7. Children's Privacy

DG Academy is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
